FOR THE WORLD! Galatians 4:3-5 HOPE FOR OUR GREATEST NEED! $ "As
long as there is hope, there is life." *** John 16:33 “In this world you will have
trouble.” [New International Version] *** Galatians 4:3-5 “We were once like
children, slaves to the useless rules of this world. But when the right time
came, God sent his Son who was born of a woman and lived under the law. God did
this so he could buy freedom for those who were under the law and so we could
become his children.” [New Century
Version] $ THE
CHRISTMAS MESSAGE GIVES US HOPE WHEN WE: 1.
TRUST THAT GOD’S TIMING IS PERFECT! *** Galatians 4:4 “But when the right time came….” *** Ecc.3:11 “Everything is appropriate in its
own time. But though God has planted eternity in the hearts of men, even so,
many cannot see the whole scope of God's work from beginning to end” [Living Bible] *** Acts 17:26 “…He made every nation of men,
that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for
them and the exact places where they should live.” [NIV] $ THERE IS NO SUCH THING
AS A COINCIDENCE, ONLY A GOD-INCIDENCE! *** Esther 4:14 “Who
knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?" [NIV] *** Dan.2:21
“He changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them.” [NIV] $ GOD IS NEVER IN A HURRY AND HE IS NEVER LATE! 2.
TRUST THAT GOD’S PLANNING IS PRECISE! *** Galatians 4:4 “God sent his Son, born of a
woman…” [NIV] *** Rev.
13:8 “…The book of life belonging to the Lamb that was slain from the creation
of the world.” [NIV] $ GOD USED PROPHECY TO PREPARE MANKIND FOR
CHRIST AND TO PROVE HIS IDENITY AND TO
SHOW HOW GOD PLANNED EVERYTHING OUT PRECISLY! *** Genesis 3:15 “From now on you and the
woman will be enemies, as will your offspring and hers. You will strike his
heel, but he will crush your head."

TRUST THAT GOD’S PROVISION IS SUFFICIENT! *** Galatians 4:3-5 “We were once like
children, slaves to the useless rules of this world. But when the right time
came, God sent his Son who was born of a woman and lived under the law. God did
this so he could buy freedom for those who were under the law and so we could
become his children.” [NCV] $ OUR PROBLEM IS SIN! *** Romans 3:19-20 “Now we know that whatever
the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may
be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. Therefore no one will
be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the
law we become conscious of sin.”
[NIV] *** Romans 3:20 “No one can ever be made right
in God's sight by doing what the law commands. For the more we know of God's
laws, the clearer it becomes that we aren't obeying them; his laws serve only
to make us see that we are sinners.” [Living] *** Romans 5:20 “The Ten Commandments were
given so that all could see the extent of their failure to obey God's laws. But
the more we see our sinfulness, the more we see God's abounding grace forgiving

JESUS SACRIFICAL PROVISON SUFFICIENT TO COVER MY SIN? *** Titus 3:4-5 “But then God our Savior
showed us his kindness and love. He saved us, not because of the good things we
did, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins and gave us a new life
