Online Giving Module Directions of Use
When you're ready to
make an online contribution, start by clicking on the
“Make A Contribution Here” icon at the bottom of this
page.
A separate browser window
will pop-up with a login section. If you have an account,
login with your username and password.
If you do not have an
account, click on the “Create Account” button. Fill
out the form as completely as you can. Once you are
done filling out the fields, click on the “Create your
Account” button found at the bottom of the page. Note:
Write down your username and password and keep it
in a safe place; it will be used for every login offered
on the www.chandlercc.org website.
After you click on “Create
your Account”, you will be automatically redirected
to the Contribution Scheduling form.
You may type in the amount
you wish to contribute, and then select the frequency
of this contribution in the drop-down menu to the right.
You can schedule a one time, weekly, bi-weekly, twice
per month, monthly, quarterly, or yearly contribution.
Next, choose a fund for
your contribution from the drop-down menu.
Enter the date you wish
your contribution schedule to start. If you click on
the downward arrow, a calendar will pop-up and you can
click on a day of the month.
Now you can specify the
method of payment for your contribution.
By selecting Visa or
MasterCard, you may use a credit card or debit card
with the Visa or MasterCard logo. Enter the Payment
and Billing information in the provided form.
Or,
If you choose to select
the eCheck payment method, you may enter your personal
checking account number and the routing number from
the bottom of your personal checks. Enter all of the
Payment and Billing information in the provided form.
Once all fields are completed,
click on the “Schedule New Contribution” button. A message
will appear at the top of your screen indicating whether
your contribution was scheduled successfully.
Once completed, a new
item will appear under the “Contribution Schedule” heading.
You may delete or edit your contribution schedule by
clicking on one of the icons to the left. Once a contribution
has been made, it cannot be edited or deleted for one
time only contributions. A repeating schedule can still
be edited at a later date.
Your contribution will
be listed under the “Contribution History” heading once
the scheduled date has passed, but please keep in mind
this is not an indication of whether the funds have
cleared your personal credit card, debit card or checking
account. You must confirm the clearing of funds through
your bank.
Also, if you have contributed
to Chandler Christian Church in the past, your contribution
history should appear within a few weeks of creating
this online account. If you have any questions regarding

Please remember to click
on the “Logout” button at the top right of the screen
after each session. Although browser windows left open
eventually time-out and end your session, please use
precaution and close all browser windows if using a
public computer.
