Our Home.
Every mother has dreamed since pigtails and baby dolls
about her future home as a wife and mother. A home that
is full of love, joy, fun and happiness. A home that
is encouraging, supportive and safe. In our homes of
origin many of us learned the deepest lessons about
relationships, developed life routines and acquired
our tastes and preferences. And now, as moms, we long
to create homes where our families can thrive and grow
- and we can too.
Our Heart.
Our homes are the expression of what is in our hearts.
We create the atmosphere of our home by what we hold to
be true in the depths of our heart and how we act that
out in day-to-day life. The heart of the HOME is also
a picture of God's desire to interact with us and deeply
love us where we really live. He desires to make his home
in our hearts. He expresses it this way in the theme verse;
"...he lives with you and will be in you." John
14:17
Our MOPS year will be
filled with reminders of how to develop and grow our
hearts to create the home that we always dreamed about.
Our speakers will encourage us through home topics such
as the Playroom (the importance of friendship), the
Bathtub (learning to take time for yourself), the Pantry
(organizing), the Bedroom (romance), the jungle gym
(having fun with our kids), the Closet (quiet time or
developing ourselves), and much more!
We hope that
MOPS next year will help you to make your home and heart
joy-filled!

Christian Church has THREE MOPS groups:
Wednesday Morning MOPS:
Meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from
9:00am – 11:00am.
Thursday Morning MOPS:
Meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from
9:00am – 11:00am.
Monday Evening MOPS:
Meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 6:30pm
- 9:00 pm.
Children's programming is available
age birth to Kindergarten and is included in the cost

Mentor
Moms & Moppets Workers Needed!
Did you successfully survive
the preschool years with a smile on your face? Do you
have a heart to encourage and support mothers who have
young children? Then MOPS is the place for you to serve!
Both the evening and morning MOPS groups are looking for
mentor moms to be a part of their MOPS group to offer
Godly wisdom, encouragement, support, fun and perspective
that only a mom that has “been there, done that” can provide.
Mentor moms would be asked to commit to attending the
MOPS meetings for the group they choose to be part of.

MOPS is looking for women
to work in the MOPPETS program. This program serves children
birth through age 5 and has fun activities planned for
each age group. If you love children and want to work
a few hours per week, this is the job for you!

Wednesdays & Thursdays 8:30am-11:30am
